Performance Task:

In this activity, you will learn about the objects
in our solar system and how they move.
If you do not know the meaning of the following terms, look them up
in a science book, a dictionary, an encyclopedia, etc.: planet, moon, star,
sphere, space, orbit, rotation, axis, and revolution.
Select one object in our solar system and research it to find out as much
about it as you can. When you have
completed your research, develop a creative presentation to demonstrate
your knowledge of and what you learned about the object you chose. Your presentation could be in the form
of:
* a poem * a painting * something
musical * a diagram
* a graph * a skit * a sculpture * a mobile
The presentation should be accompanied by written researched facts that
were used to create the product.
Include a bibliography of resources.

including electronic sources, and summarize, analyze, and evaluate its use

Identify and comprehend celestial observations
